Kelly not only topped the time sheets on both days but also set the fastest lap of the test on day two with an impressive 2:07.358. Kelly, riding for OrangeCat Racing, demonstrated his proficiency on the 20-turn, 2.427-mile road course. His performance at COTA is not a new phenomenon; he previously secured his first MotoAmerica Superbike race win at this very track two years prior, then on a BMW M 1000 RR.
